All quotes are given on the basis of the price ruling on the date of the quotes and will remain valid for a period of 30 days. Quotes are subject to availability.

BOOKINGS
Provisional bookings will be held until eight weeks before the travel date, after which Phuza Moya reserves the right to reallocate the accommodation to confirmed bookings.

PRICES
1. All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.
2. All rates are quoted in South African Rands.
3. Curio purchases, bar bills, transfers, excursions and gratuities are not included in the rates.

PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit of 20% is requested with confirmation of bookings. 
The balance is payable on check-out.

CANCELLATION
Up to eight weeks prior to travel, bookings may be cancelled or changed as required.  Thereafter, the following cancellation fees will apply:
